Beating the Blues US (“BtB”) is a service that is operated by U2 Interactive, LLC (“U2 Interactive”), Suite 300, One Chatham Center, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. You may be using this directly through U2 Interactive or through some other website. Regardless of how you have been referred access to BtB, the terms "you", "your" and "yours" when used in these Terms and Conditions mean you as the user of this website, whether as a guest or registered user.

BtB is made available to individual users through an entity that purchases licenses from U2 Interactive. This might be an insurance company, your employer, an EAP provider, your doctor’s office, a college, or some other type of organization. You are reading these terms and conditions as a user of the BtB software. In that role, you have been granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the BtB website. This license may terminate under the following two conditions 1) The entity’s (as described above) license with U2 Interactive expires and is not renewed or 2) you engage in inappropriate or illegal use of our website. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to upload or transmit through the website any inappropriate information, computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the operation of the site. U2 Interactive, LLC may update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, by posting new or amended terms on this website.

The purpose of the U2 Interactive website policy is to let you know how the data that are collected, by you voluntarily entering information, through BtB is stored and used.

Online Forms

At times, the software will ask you to enter information about how you are feeling or about how you feel about the BtB program. We will share the information about how you are feeling about the BtB program with your Helper; however, we never share the information about your goals or other tasks that are part of the software. When you enter data into an online form on our website, the personal information you type is protected and securely transmitted to us through a method such as a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is the standard method that websites use to protect your information by coding or "encrypting" everything from credit card transactions to enrollment data.
